我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫(guan)徹德(de)智體(ti)美勞(lao)全面(mian)發展的黨的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)方針,全面(mian)落(luo)實《中共中央 國務院(yuan)關(guan)于全面(mian)加強新時(shi)代大中小學(xue)(xue)勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的意見》精(jing)神,大力提升(sheng)高等職業院(yuan)校學(xue)(xue)生勞(lao)動素養,形成體(ti)現時(shi)代要求、符(fu)合(he)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)規律、彰顯高職院(yuan)校特色(se)的勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系,8月25日至8月28日,由我校和(he)中國勞(lao)動關(guan)系學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中心主(zhu)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)、創想家(jia)科技教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(深圳(zhen))有限公司協辦(ban)(ban)(ban)的2020年全國職業院(yuan)校勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)師研(yan)修班(ban)(中級),在(zai)線上會(hui)議平(ping)臺成功舉辦(ban)(ban)(ban)。

為優(you)化勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)師(shi)資供給,本次教(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)訓除了邀(yao)請(qing)勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)領域相關(guan)知名(ming)學(xue)者外,基于勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)本身特質,還(huan)邀(yao)請(qing)了企業代表(biao)擔任課程授課講師(shi)。共有(you)來(lai)自廣東、廣西(xi)、貴(gui)州、湖南、江(jiang)蘇、內(nei)蒙古、陜西(xi)、浙(zhe)江(jiang)等14所職業院校(xiao)近30名(ming)老師(shi)參加培(pei)訓。

 培(pei)訓期間,學(xue)員們(men)分別(bie)觀摩(mo)了中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)劉麗紅副(fu)校(xiao)長、我校(xiao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文學(xue)院(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)長、中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)印副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中國美術學(xue)院(yuan)杜銘(ming)秋副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優必(bi)選人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)(ren)(ren)郭子琦(qi)、中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)李(li)珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東(dong)海涵律(lv)師(shi)(shi)事務(wu)所主(zhu)任(ren)律(lv)師(shi)(shi)吳小波(bo)主(zhu)講的(de)(de)(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史演變、政策解讀與趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)責與倫理(li)——如(ru)何更好的(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)解體面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)素(su)質能力提升”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)設計——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展與實踐”“人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智能時代下的(de)(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)融合機(ji)制(zhi)”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全風險與應(ying)(ying)對(dui)政策”七堂課(ke)。專(zhuan)家們(men)表示(shi),隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相關政策的(de)(de)(de)(de)進一(yi)步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)將更加專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)化且惠及更多學(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資則面臨(lin)極大的(de)(de)(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰。從長遠來看(kan),應(ying)(ying)開設勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相關專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye),培(pei)養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才。短期內(nei),應(ying)(ying)根據學(xue)校(xiao)目(mu)前師(shi)(shi)資情況采取多種措施(shi),建立專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資隊伍。

同時,為深入了解目前(qian)高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育開展情況,今(jin)年3月,我(wo)校聯合創(chuang)想家教(jiao)(jiao)育科技(深圳(zhen))有限公司,對(dui)覆蓋生(sheng)源地30個省(sheng)、自(zi)治區、直轄市(shi)的(de)學生(sheng)及來自(zi)全國14所(suo)高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校的(de)老師開展《全國高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育現狀調查報告藍皮書(shu)》專項問卷(juan)調研(yan)(yan)。經過(guo)5個月的(de)立(li)項、調研(yan)(yan)論證(zheng)、問卷(juan)發放及回收、電話訪(fang)談記(ji)錄、數據清洗與甄(zhen)別(bie)等,共回收有效教(jiao)(jiao)師問卷(juan)221份,學生(sheng)問卷(juan)2101份,教(jiao)(jiao)師訪(fang)談記(ji)錄25份。

調(diao)研(yan)(yan)專家(jia)組成員(yuan)范苗就調(diao)研(yan)(yan)報告中學(xue)生素養現(xian)狀(zhuang)、目(mu)前勞動教(jiao)育開展(zhan)(zhan)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)、師資建設現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞動教(jiao)育與實(shi)習實(shi)訓相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞動教(jiao)育與校園文化建設相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)、勞動教(jiao)育與社會(hui)服務相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)等內容進行分享,讓研(yan)(yan)修班的學(xue)員(yuan)們從數據中更科學(xue)更全面(mian)的了解目(mu)前勞動教(jiao)育在高職院校中開展(zhan)(zhan)的情況。

研修班4天的課程涵(han)蓋勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)理論(lun)知(zhi)識、相(xiang)關政策(ce)導讀、實際(ji)課程案例分析、勞(lao)動(dong)相(xiang)關法律知(zhi)識普(pu)及(ji)、人工智能(neng)下(xia)的勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)等多個方面(mian),最后(hou)以電子考卷(juan)的形式對學(xue)員們進(jin)行考核。參訓(xun)學(xue)員紛紛表示,將以本(ben)次研究(jiu)班為(wei)新的起(qi)點,進(jin)一(yi)步加強(qiang)理論(lun)學(xue)習,重塑(su)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)觀(guan),為(wei)所屬高職院校開展勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)工作貢獻力量;并希(xi)望(wang)這(zhe)樣(yang)的培(pei)訓(xun)能(neng)夠制(zhi)度(du)化、常(chang)態化,進(jin)一(yi)步豐富培(pei)訓(xun)內(nei)容(rong),在條(tiao)件允許的情況下(xia),安排線下(xia)培(pei)訓(xun)課,加入動(dong)手實踐實操環節,將勞(lao)動(dong)精神貫(guan)穿(chuan)師(shi)資培(pei)訓(xun)始終(zhong)。
