為深入(ru)推進(jin)學(xue)(xue)校數字化轉型,高(gao)質量落實(shi)好“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設(she)各項任務,6月28日,深圳職業技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院舉行黨(dang)委理論學(xue)(xue)習中心(xin)組(擴大)學(xue)(xue)習會(hui)(hui),特(te)別邀請全(quan)國(guo)政協委員、中國(guo)職業技(ji)術(shu)教育學(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長、教育部(bu)原副(fu)部(bu)長魯昕在(zai)京聯線,作題(ti)為《人工智(zhi)能與(yu)經(jing)濟學(xue)(xue):“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設(she)全(quan)新領域的全(quan)面建設(she)》專(zhuan)題(ti)報(bao)告。會(hui)(hui)議由校黨(dang)委書記、校長楊欣斌主持。

習近(jin)平總書記高(gao)度重視(shi)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展,認為“人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)是(shi)引領新一輪科技(ji)革命和產(chan)業變革的重要驅(qu)動力(li)”,“把握全球人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展態(tai)勢,找(zhao)準(zhun)突破(po)口和主(zhu)攻(gong)方向,培養(yang)大批具(ju)有創新能(neng)力(li)和合作(zuo)精神的人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)高(gao)端人(ren)才是(shi)教育的重要使命”。

魯昕列舉了(le)人社部發布(bu)的數字經濟(ji)背景下市(shi)場需求(qiu)(qiu)迫切的39個(ge)(ge)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye),通過分析新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)能(neng),突顯出(chu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場景變(bian)化對(dui)(dui)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)建設提出(chu)的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。最后,魯昕通過對(dui)(dui)工(gong)(gong)信部人才交流中心(xin)發布(bu)的《工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才崗位能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)》分析,展(zhan)示了(le)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才8個(ge)(ge)方向41個(ge)(ge)崗位的4項能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),系統總結(jie)了(le)人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展(zhan)對(dui)(dui)高(gao)等教育動手能(neng)力(li)數字化和實訓基地虛擬化轉(zhuan)型的呼喚(huan)。

魯(lu)昕希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙(shuang)(shuang)區”建(jian)設的背(bei)景下,“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設的過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),深職院作(zuo)為(wei)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”中(zhong)的“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”,要充(chong)分探(tan)討如何在(zai)(zai)粵港(gang)澳大灣區的政(zheng)策環境、在(zai)(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)一(yi)代信息技術的創新(xin)(xin)(xin)文(wen)化(hua)、在(zai)(zai)深職院的工(gong)科特(te)色中(zhong)發揮積極作(zuo)用,構建(jian)新(xin)(xin)(xin)知(zhi)識體系(xi),構建(jian)新(xin)(xin)(xin)課程(cheng)體系(xi),顛覆專業結(jie)構,培(pei)養復合性人才,成為(wei)名副其實(shi)的世界一(yi)流職業技術學院。

楊欣斌在總(zong)結(jie)中(zhong)表示,魯昕(xin)會(hui)長(chang)的(de)報(bao)告(gao)站位(wei)高遠、視野開闊,理論(lun)深厚、邏(luo)輯嚴(yan)密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦(jiao)問題、貼(tie)近實際(ji),特別是結(jie)合我校“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設、專(zhuan)業設置(zhi)和(he)產教融合的(de)情況提出具體的(de)指導(dao)意(yi)見,對于(yu)推動學校數字化轉型,落(luo)實好“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設,科學謀(mou)劃(hua)“十四五”期間(jian)的(de)思路和(he)舉(ju)措,具有重要的(de)指導(dao)意(yi)義。楊欣斌要求各(ge)單位(wei)深刻領會(hui)、深入研究魯昕(xin)會(hui)長(chang)的(de)報(bao)告(gao)精神,結(jie)合實際(ji)抓好貫徹(che)落(luo)實,努力在“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設中(zhong)走在前(qian)列,爭(zheng)當職業教育創新發展的(de)先行者。

整場報告歷時(shi)兩個半(ban)小時(shi),全校共300余人(ren)參加學(xue)(xue)習(xi),其中,全體(ti)(ti)專業(ye)主(zhu)任、教研室主(zhu)任、實訓室主(zhu)任在會場進行集中學(xue)(xue)習(xi);全體(ti)(ti)校領(ling)導、黨委(wei)委(wei)員,全體(ti)(ti)中層干部通過(guo)騰訊會議系統進行線上學(xue)(xue)習(xi)。
