魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深(shen)入推進學(xue)校(xiao)數字化轉型,高質量落實好(hao)“雙高”建設各項任(ren)務,6月28日,深(shen)圳職業(ye)技術學(xue)院舉行黨(dang)委理論學(xue)習(xi)中心組(擴大)學(xue)習(xi)會(hui)(hui),特別邀請全國(guo)政協委員(yuan)、中國(guo)職業(ye)技術教(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)、教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)魯昕(xin)在京聯線(xian),作(zuo)題為《人工智能(neng)與經濟學(xue):“雙高”建設全新領域的全面建設》專題報告。會(hui)(hui)議(yi)由校(xiao)黨(dang)委書記、校(xiao)長(chang)楊欣斌主(zhu)持。

習近平總書記高度(du)重視人工(gong)智能發(fa)展,認為“人工(gong)智能是引(yin)領新一輪科技(ji)革(ge)命和(he)(he)產業變(bian)革(ge)的(de)(de)重要(yao)驅動(dong)力”,“把握全球人工(gong)智能發(fa)展態勢,找準突(tu)破口和(he)(he)主攻(gong)方向(xiang),培養大批具有創新能力和(he)(he)合作精神(shen)的(de)(de)人工(gong)智能高端人才是教育的(de)(de)重要(yao)使命”。

魯昕(xin)(xin)以此為題切入(ru),串聯起(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)發展(zhan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)理(li)論的(de)(de)同步歷(li)程,通過(guo)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)對經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)增長、就業(ye)、收入(ru)分(fen)(fen)配、產(chan)業(ye)組織、貿易(yi)、金融、財(cai)政、管理(li)學(xue)(xue)等(deng)領(ling)域的(de)(de)影響(xiang),歸納了(le)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術與(yu)(yu)(yu)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)之間的(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi)。通過(guo)介紹世界主要國(guo)(guo)家的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)戰略及貢獻,揭示(shi)了(le)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)在產(chan)業(ye)革命(ming)與(yu)(yu)(yu)技(ji)術升級(ji)中的(de)(de)戰略性地位。她還從現狀、政策(ce)、應(ying)用和(he)趨勢(shi)四方面入(ru)手,深入(ru)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)了(le)我國(guo)(guo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術發展(zhan)現狀,特別是(shi)通過(guo)疫情期間新技(ji)術全方位賦(fu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)“抗疫”的(de)(de)案例,展(zhan)示(shi)了(le)我國(guo)(guo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)等(deng)技(ji)術的(de)(de)應(ying)用情況。魯昕(xin)(xin)著(zhu)眼于后疫情時(shi)代人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)對社會經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要作用,歸納了(le)應(ying)關(guan)注的(de)(de)十大(da)重(zhong)點:人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)創(chuang)新;人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)世界變(bian)(bian)局(ju);人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)家治(zhi)理(li);人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)態勢(shi);人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)產(chan)業(ye)形態;人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)科技(ji)創(chuang)新;人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際貿易(yi);人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)財(cai)富(fu)分(fen)(fen)配;人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育變(bian)(bian)革;人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)社會建設,顯示(shi)出人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)對經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)社會發展(zhan)的(de)(de)全面影響(xiang)。

魯(lu)昕列舉了人社部發布的(de)數字(zi)經(jing)濟背景下市場(chang)需求(qiu)迫切的(de)39個(ge)新職(zhi)業,通(tong)過分析新職(zhi)業、新知識、新技術、新技能(neng),突顯出(chu)工(gong)(gong)作場(chang)景變(bian)化對“雙高”專業建(jian)設(she)提出(chu)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)昕通(tong)過對工(gong)(gong)信部人才(cai)交流(liu)中心發布的(de)《工(gong)(gong)業互聯(lian)網產業人才(cai)崗位(wei)能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu)》分析,展示了工(gong)(gong)業互聯(lian)網產業人才(cai)8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位(wei)的(de)4項能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu),系統總結(jie)了人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展對高等教育(yu)動手能(neng)力(li)數字(zi)化和實訓基地(di)虛擬化轉型的(de)呼喚。

魯昕(xin)希(xi)望,在(zai)“雙(shuang)(shuang)區”建(jian)設的背景下,“雙(shuang)(shuang)高”建(jian)設的過(guo)程(cheng)中,深職(zhi)院作(zuo)為“雙(shuang)(shuang)高”中的“雙(shuang)(shuang)高”,要充分探討(tao)如何在(zai)粵港澳大灣區的政(zheng)策環境、在(zai)新(xin)(xin)一代信息技(ji)術的創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)化、在(zai)深職(zhi)院的工科特色中發揮積(ji)極作(zuo)用,構建(jian)新(xin)(xin)知識(shi)體系(xi),構建(jian)新(xin)(xin)課程(cheng)體系(xi),顛覆專業(ye)結構,培養(yang)復合性(xing)人才,成為名(ming)副其實(shi)的世界(jie)一流職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術學院。

楊欣斌(bin)在總結(jie)中表(biao)示,魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)長(chang)的報(bao)告站位高遠、視野開闊(kuo),理論深厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點(dian)鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦問題、貼近實際,特(te)別(bie)是結(jie)合我校“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設、專(zhuan)業設置和產教融(rong)合的情況提出具體的指導(dao)意見(jian),對(dui)于推動學校數字化轉型,落實好“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設,科(ke)學謀(mou)劃(hua)“十(shi)四五”期間的思路和舉措,具有重要的指導(dao)意義。楊欣斌(bin)要求(qiu)各單位深刻領(ling)會(hui)、深入研究魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)長(chang)的報(bao)告精神(shen),結(jie)合實際抓好貫徹(che)落實,努(nu)力在“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設中走在前(qian)列,爭(zheng)當(dang)職業教育(yu)創新發展的先行者。

整場報告歷時兩個半小時,全(quan)校共300余人參加學習,其中,全(quan)體專(zhuan)業主任、教(jiao)研室(shi)主任、實(shi)訓室(shi)主任在會場進行(xing)集中學習;全(quan)體校領(ling)導(dao)、黨委委員(yuan),全(quan)體中層干部(bu)通(tong)過騰訊會議系統進行(xing)線上學習。
