圖書(shu)特有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)地位,對(dui)整個社(she)會的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)大(da)發(fa)展,甚(shen)而對(dui)經(jing)濟(ji)、科(ke)研、社(she)會文(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖書(shu)館作(zuo)為古今中外最重要的(de)(de)(de)藏(zang)書(shu)場所、文(wen)化(hua)天(tian)地,肩負著(zhu)特別(bie)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)使命和任(ren)務。高校圖書(shu)館在(zai)為教(jiao)學(xue)科(ke)研服務的(de)(de)(de)同時,更(geng)有著(zhu)直(zhi)接參與文(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)(de)(de)重要使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)“復(fu)合(he)(he)式創新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職業院校(xiao)提(ti)出的新(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)(he)市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才的新(xin)(xin)變化,也切合(he)(he)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才未來發展的方向。全(quan)面推(tui)進“文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)模式改革(ge),對(dui)職業院校(xiao)的發展與教育(yu)教學(xue)提(ti)出了新(xin)(xin)的挑戰(zhan),也說明了新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才培育(yu)的復(fu)雜性。作為(wei)傳統的文化主體部(bu)門、教學(xue)輔(fu)助單(dan)位,圖書館理當(dang)主動參與到文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)”的(de)人(ren)(ren)才培養理(li)念(nian),一(yi)方面(mian)要(yao)求(qiu)圖書(shu)文(wen)化升(sheng)華(hua)拓展,衍進到(dao)書(shu)香文(wen)化,進而推動(dong)書(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化大發展,另一(yi)方面(mian)也(ye)從文(wen)化建(jian)設的(de)角(jiao)度對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作提出了新(xin)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)圖書館永(yong)恒的(de)主(zhu)題(ti),今(jin)后(hou)應有(you)(you)三個轉變,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化內涵,二(er)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)優化結構,三是(shi)(shi)重點抓好(hao)特色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化與校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化發展的(de)基礎。為形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對性(xing)、有(you)(you)效性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化特色(se)(se)(se),應進一(yi)(yi)步與學(xue)校各部門及(ji)校外單位合作,加強(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化專(zhuan)題(ti)如職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化、高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化的(de)收(shou)藏,一(yi)(yi)旦形(xing)成規模,就進行歸納整理,集(ji)中收(shou)藏,建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中,應有(you)(you)意識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采購,形(xing)成特色(se)(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化藏書。也可(ke)發揮博物(wu)館功能,收(shou)集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)質遺(yi)產,接(jie)受私(si)人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)藏品,形(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)數(shu)據庫或特藏室。

文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)與(yu)(yu)協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)是(shi)(shi)(shi)緊密聯系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)時(shi)期圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),關(guan)鍵也(ye)在(zai)(zai)于協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。協(xie)(xie)(xie),即(ji)協(xie)(xie)(xie)調、協(xie)(xie)(xie)作(zuo)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)助(zhu),強(qiang)調的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)合(he)(he)作(zuo)、互(hu)(hu)助(zhu)、配合(he)(he),是(shi)(shi)(shi)相(xiang)互(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)支持與(yu)(yu)補充。同(tong)(tong)(tong),即(ji)同(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)心、同(tong)(tong)(tong)力(li)(li),強(qiang)調的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)動(dong)、共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)目標、共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)利益,齊心協(xie)(xie)(xie)力(li)(li)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)與(yu)(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)結合(he)(he),注重的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)整體(ti)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),系(xi)(xi)統創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),強(qiang)調的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)全(quan)員力(li)(li)量,相(xiang)互(hu)(hu)配合(he)(he)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),首先要(yao)(yao)準(zhun)確定位,不越位。在(zai)(zai)學校的(de)(de)(de)(de)總體(ti)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)(zuo)好配角,做(zuo)(zuo)好圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)信(xin)息基(ji)礎資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)保障服(fu)務。能保持清醒的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭腦,又持有熱情(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)(du),認真做(zuo)(zuo)好自身工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。其次要(yao)(yao)謀求主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong),不被動(dong)。創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)過程是(shi)(shi)(shi)一個(ge)復雜的(de)(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)互(hu)(hu)聯動(dong)時(shi)常動(dong)態(tai)變(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程,在(zai)(zai)某一方面某一時(shi)刻(ke),創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)角度(du)(du)、主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)可(ke)能會發生(sheng)變(bian)化,配角也(ye)可(ke)能變(bian)為主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)角。從(cong)系(xi)(xi)統工(gong)(gong)程看(kan),任(ren)何(he)一個(ge)部分都是(shi)(shi)(shi)非常重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de),配角或(huo)輔(fu)助(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)沒做(zuo)(zuo)好,必(bi)將影響整個(ge)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效果。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi),在(zai)(zai)協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中還(huan)有一個(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)態(tai)度(du)(du)問題,對(dui)配角或(huo)輔(fu)助(zhu)單位來(lai)說,我們應當持一種主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)、積極的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)(du)參與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)資源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)應當是(shi)(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)溝(gou)通(tong)教學科研(yan)人(ren)(ren)員,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)聽(ting)取使(shi)用主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)意見,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)建設(she)。對(dui)外服(fu)務應當主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)走出(chu)去(qu),主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)、熱情(qing)為讀(du)者(zhe)服(fu)務。再次要(yao)(yao)內(nei)外聯動(dong),不亂動(dong),相(xiang)互(hu)(hu)協(xie)(xie)(xie)作(zuo)配合(he)(he)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)要(yao)(yao)把各(ge)(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做(zuo)(zuo)好,提高效率,增(zeng)進活力(li)(li),還(huan)要(yao)(yao)與(yu)(yu)校內(nei)各(ge)(ge)學院部門(men)聯動(dong),搞好資源(yuan)(yuan)、環境與(yu)(yu)文化建設(she)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)還(huan)要(yao)(yao)經常與(yu)(yu)本系(xi)(xi)統、與(yu)(yu)兄弟(di)院校圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)、專(zhuan)業圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)、公共(gong)(gong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)加強(qiang)溝(gou)通(tong),交流經驗(yan),共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)促(cu)進圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)事(shi)業的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展。在(zai)(zai)復合(he)(he)式(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能人(ren)(ren)才培養模式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)改革中,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)融入到學校乃至省市(shi)、國家的(de)(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)大平臺中去(qu),發揮著自身的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用。平臺有變(bian)化,創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無(wu)止境。不管(guan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)橫向縱(zong)向,不管(guan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)部外部,不管(guan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)任(ren)務還(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)輔(fu)助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)都要(yao)(yao)牢(lao)固樹立協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)意識、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)意識、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)意識,做(zuo)(zuo)好自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),做(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)應有的(de)(de)(de)(de)貢獻。
