[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特(te)有的(de)(de)文化(hua)底蘊和(he)文化(hua)地(di)位,對整個社會的(de)(de)文化(hua)大發(fa)展,甚而對經濟、科(ke)(ke)研、社會文明等方(fang)面的(de)(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖書館作(zuo)為(wei)古今(jin)中外最(zui)重要的(de)(de)藏(zang)書場所、文化(hua)天地(di),肩負著(zhu)特(te)別的(de)(de)文化(hua)使(shi)命(ming)和(he)任務。高校(xiao)圖書館在為(wei)教學(xue)科(ke)(ke)研服(fu)務的(de)(de)同(tong)時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文化(hua)育人的(de)(de)重要使(shi)命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復(fu)合(he)式創新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技能人才(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)提出的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型技能人才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化(hua)(hua)(hua),也(ye)切(qie)合(he)技能人才(cai)未來發展的(de)(de)(de)方向。全面(mian)推進“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人、復(fu)合(he)育(yu)(yu)人、協同育(yu)(yu)人”人才(cai)培(pei)養模式改革,對(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)發展與(yu)教育(yu)(yu)教學(xue)提出了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也(ye)說明(ming)了(le)新(xin)(xin)型技能人才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)主(zhu)(zhu)體部(bu)門、教學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理當主(zhu)(zhu)動參與(yu)到文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人工作中。

  從(cong)單一的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求到(dao)學(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)適(shi)應崗位(wei)(wei)到(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin),從(cong)“工(gong)(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)以人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben)綜合(he)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),現代技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理念(nian)與(yu)(yu)(yu)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)有根本(ben)性(xing)(xing)轉變,對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)而言(yan),自(zi)身定(ding)位(wei)(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)責任(ren)必須進行變革(ge)。第一,努(nu)力(li)拓展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵(han)(han),必須要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳(tiao)出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)(sheng)華到(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)資(zi)源建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)和服務(wu)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng),依復合(he)型(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求來采購圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀環(huan)(huan)境,開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)多(duo)層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu),更(geng)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan),參與(yu)(yu)(yu)到(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第一線。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)可(ke)以全(quan)程介入教(jiao)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)程,從(cong)而在(zai)實踐中(zhong)(zhong)使圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵(han)(han)與(yu)(yu)(yu)外延(yan),著力(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。第二,著力(li)打造新(xin)(xin)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開,不(bu)(bu)僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)課程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開設(she)問題(ti),更(geng)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)(huan)境與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)問題(ti),推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),是一個(ge)(ge)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)香(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息(xi)濃郁(yu)。第三,不(bu)(bu)斷放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)十(shi)分(fen)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在(zai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong),應該根據時代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組(zu)織各方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)力(li)量,從(cong)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)角度完善、充實、放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)功(gong)能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將(jiang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社(she)會服務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全(quan)面成長相結合(he),激勵(li)教(jiao)師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)造中(zhong)(zhong)來。抓住德(de)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)主線,用(yong)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)形式和方法提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)會公德(de)、職業(ye)道德(de)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚(ju)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)精(jing)神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步形成學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格與(yu)(yu)(yu)精(jing)神內核(he),塑造學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培養(yang)理念,一方面要求圖書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓展,衍進到(dao)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),進而推動書香校(xiao)園(yuan),促進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,另一方面也從(cong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的角度(du)對圖書館的具體(ti)工作提出了新的要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)是圖書館永恒的(de)(de)主題,今后應有(you)三個(ge)轉(zhuan)變,一是重視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵(han),二是要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓好(hao)特(te)色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)。圖書資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)實(shi)則(ze)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she),是書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)(de)基礎。為形成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)針對性、有(you)效(xiao)性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應進(jin)(jin)一步與學校各部門及校外單(dan)位合(he)作(zuo),加強合(he)作(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題如(ru)職業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收(shou)藏,一旦形成(cheng)規模,就進(jin)(jin)行(xing)歸(gui)納(na)整理,集(ji)中(zhong)收(shou)藏,建(jian)立專題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)(ku)。日常(chang)采(cai)(cai)購(gou)中(zhong),應有(you)意識地進(jin)(jin)行(xing)專題采(cai)(cai)購(gou),形成(cheng)特(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也可(ke)發(fa)揮博物館功能,收(shou)集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受(shou)私(si)人專題藏品,形成(cheng)專題數據(ju)庫(ku)(ku)或特(te)藏室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影(ying)響師生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建(jian)立一套基本的(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)獻(xian)信息的(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教(jiao)師或重(zhong)點(dian)團隊在縱(zong)深(shen)層次(ci)的(de)(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研活(huo)動中對文(wen)獻(xian)信息的(de)(de)個性需求(qiu),其次(ci)要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進(jin)新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手機圖書(shu)(shu)館、虛(xu)擬圖書(shu)(shu)館等,促進(jin)與讀者的(de)(de)信息交(jiao)流(liu),文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓寬文化(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最(zui)重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面向未來,我們提出(chu)除了要把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成資源信(xin)息中心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)外,還要建(jian)成學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交流中心(xin)(xin)、文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中心(xin)(xin)和宣傳(chuan)教育中心(xin)(xin),實現由(you)傳(chuan)統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流、現代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這(zhe)種轉型(xing)實際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不斷拓寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺(tai),成為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要渠(qu)道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規(gui)服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題文化(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀(du)沙龍(long)、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能(neng)比賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)展示與文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會(hui),與師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建(jian)立了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩(cai),還要走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
