[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特有的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化底(di)蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)化地(di)位,對整個社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化大(da)發展,甚而對經(jing)濟、科研(yan)、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面(mian)的(de)進步起(qi)著(zhu)舉足(zu)輕重(zhong)的(de)作用。圖書館(guan)作為古(gu)今中外(wai)最重(zhong)要的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化天(tian)地(di),肩(jian)負著(zhu)特別的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化使(shi)命(ming)和任務(wu)。高校圖書館(guan)在為教(jiao)學(xue)科研(yan)服務(wu)的(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接(jie)參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)的(de)重(zhong)要使(shi)命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復合(he)式創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型高(gao)素(su)質(zhi)高(gao)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對職業(ye)院(yuan)校提出的新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求,符合(he)市場對新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)的新(xin)(xin)變化,也切合(he)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)未來發展(zhan)的方向。全面(mian)推(tui)進“文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、復合(he)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式改革,對職業(ye)院(yuan)校的發展(zhan)與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)提出了新(xin)(xin)的挑戰,也說(shuo)明了新(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的復雜性。作為傳(chuan)統的文(wen)化主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖(tu)書館理當主(zhu)動(dong)參與(yu)到(dao)文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)工作中。

  從單一的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從適(shi)應崗位到(dao)(dao)工作(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),從“工具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以(yi)(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為本綜合(he)發(fa)展(zhan),現代技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)定位有根本性轉變,對高校(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館而言,自(zi)身定位與(yu)工作(zuo)責(ze)任必(bi)須進(jin)行變革。第一,努力拓展(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵(han),必(bi)須要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)(yi)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為中心開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)資源建(jian)設和服(fu)務(wu)提(ti)升,依(yi)復(fu)合(he)型、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來采購圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀環(huan)境,開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)多層(ceng)次的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出(chu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館,參與(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)第一線(xian)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館可以(yi)(yi)全程介入教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)(ge)過(guo)程,從而在實踐中使圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵(han)與(yu)外(wai)延,著力推(tui)動校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發(fa)展(zhan)。第二,著力打造新(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開(kai)(kai),不(bu)僅是文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)設問題,更重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)境與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設問題,推(tui)進(jin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是一個(ge)(ge)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切入點(dian)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看(kan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),使校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)氣息濃郁(yu)。第三(san),不(bu)斷放大(da)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)十分重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設中,應該(gai)根據(ju)時代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)特色,組織各(ge)方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)力量,從不(bu)同角度完善、充實、放大(da)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、研(yan)究、社(she)會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全面(mian)成長相結(jie)合(he),激(ji)勵(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)投身于(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造中來。抓住(zhu)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)主線(xian),用(yong)不(bu)同形(xing)式和方法提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)會(hui)公德(de)(de)、職業(ye)道(dao)德(de)(de)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)(pin)德(de)(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升到(dao)(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)精神(shen)(shen),以(yi)(yi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)為基礎(chu),逐步(bu)形(xing)成學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)(pin)牌(pai)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格與(yu)精神(shen)(shen)內核,塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文化(hua)(hua)育人”的人才培養理念,一方面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)(shu)文化(hua)(hua)升華拓展,衍進(jin)到書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文化(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進(jin)校園文化(hua)(hua)大發展,另一方面也從文化(hua)(hua)建設的角度對圖書(shu)(shu)館的具體(ti)工作(zuo)提出了新的要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)源——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化根基(ji)(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源建設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書館永恒的(de)(de)(de)主題(ti),今后應(ying)有(you)三(san)個(ge)轉變,一是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化內涵(han),二是(shi)(shi)要優化結構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源建設(she)。圖(tu)書資(zi)(zi)源建設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)源建設(she),是(shi)(shi)書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化發展的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源的(de)(de)(de)針對性、有(you)效性與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化特(te)(te)色(se),應(ying)進一步(bu)與(yu)(yu)學校各部門及校外單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源、特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源建設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化專題(ti)如職業素(su)養、地(di)(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化、高(gao)職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化的(de)(de)(de)收藏(zang),一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行歸(gui)納整(zheng)理,集中收藏(zang),建立專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常采購中,應(ying)有(you)意(yi)識地(di)(di)進行專題(ti)采購,形(xing)成(cheng)特(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化藏(zang)書。也可發揮博(bo)物館功能,收集地(di)(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物質(zhi)遺(yi)產,接受私人專題(ti)藏(zang)品(pin),形(xing)成(cheng)專題(ti)數據(ju)庫(ku)或特(te)(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)性(xing)(xing),通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)影(ying)響師生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)來育人。優化(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)、個性(xing)(xing)化(hua),日常應建立一套基本的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)滿足(zu)(zu)讀者(zhe)需求(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體(ti)系,在此基礎上,要(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)專(zhuan)業圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)(xing)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿足(zu)(zu)教師或(huo)重點(dian)團隊在縱深層次的(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)(xing)需求(qiu)(qiu),其次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法上下功夫,引(yin)進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天(tian)群、手機(ji)圖書(shu)館、虛擬圖書(shu)館等,促(cu)進與讀者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)互動。

  3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)平(ping)臺。圖書(shu)(shu)館是校(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)(zhi)地。面向未來(lai)(lai),我們(men)提(ti)出除(chu)了要把圖書(shu)(shu)館建(jian)成資源信息中心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)(zhi)外,還要建(jian)成學(xue)(xue)(xue)習交流中心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動中心(xin)(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)(jiao)育中心(xin)(xin),實(shi)(shi)現由傳統大學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)館向一(yi)流、現代、新型(xing)(xing)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)實(shi)(shi)際上賦予(yu)圖書(shu)(shu)館更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓寬圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動平(ping)臺,成為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來(lai)(lai),圖書(shu)(shu)館在做好(hao)常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦(ban)主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽(lan)、館藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽(sai)和技能(neng)比賽(sai)等(deng),保持了館內每月有(you)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通過教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建(jian)立了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖書(shu)(shu)館要不斷把館內各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動搞好(hao)搞精彩,還要走出館舍,深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且(qie)走出校(xiao)門(men),配(pei)合教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動或(huo)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務。
