宋李(li)翔,中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負(fu)責人。雖說是今年初從管(guan)理學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗來到數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但(dan)從進(jin)校伊始,宋李(li)翔已(yi)在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理工(gong)作崗位辛勤(qin)耕耘九(jiu)個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔(dan)當、經驗豐富(fu)的中(zhong)(zhong)堅力(li)量(liang)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔(xiang)老(lao)師工作(zuo)中敢于擔(dan)當(dang),身(shen)先士卒,高度(du)自律。每(mei)天(tian)早上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)始工作(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成員(yuan),注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍(wu)內部建(jian)設(she),通過(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動(dong)等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻的(de)工作(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)(fu)導員(yuan)反饋早晚修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座談(tan)(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音(yin),了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難。自開(kai)展(zhan)主題教育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人次,宿舍(she)走訪(fang)4次。工作(zuo)中能(neng)(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培養特點,有(you)(you)針對性的(de)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理念落實(shi)到位(wei)。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)(bu)放棄引(yin)導教育(yu)(yu),而是通過(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主任、輔(fu)(fu)導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)(yu)引(yin)導。羅(luo)馬城不(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建(jian)成的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯有(you)(you)通過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)作(zuo)風和正能(neng)(neng)量的(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能(neng)(neng)讓新時(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建(jian)設(she)與時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進(jin),勇往(wang)直(zhi)前。
