
宋李翔(xiang),中共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)學院(yuan)(yuan)學工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是今年初(chu)從(cong)管理學院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)(gang)來到數(shu)創(chuang)學院(yuan)(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李翔(xiang)已在學生(sheng)管理工(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)辛勤(qin)耕(geng)耘九個年頭,是學校學工(gong)隊伍中品格(ge)優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量(liang)。
自(zi)“不忘初心,牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展以來(lai),宋李翔積極響應(ying)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支的(de)號召,根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有關“不忘初心,牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育統一(yi)部(bu)署和(he)(he)安(an)排,積極組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支部(bu)的(de)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建設的(de)重點,扎(zha)實(shi)推進各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身(shen)先士(shi)卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際(ji)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊(dui)伍(wu),服務于(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書記(ji)應(ying)有的(de)風(feng)采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記(ji),宋李(li)翔深知(zhi)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)影響力和(he)號召力,發(fa)(fa)揮團結(jie)引領作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),形(xing)成磁場效應(ying)在大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)重(zhong)要性。因此,他主(zhu)動與綜(zong)合素養突出、具(ju)有較強學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業拼(pin)搏精神和(he)過硬政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)素養的(de)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)積(ji)極接觸(chu),通(tong)過積(ji)極分(fen)子座談(tan)、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象(xiang)談(tan)話等(deng)形(xing)式(shi)將教(jiao)育(yu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員這(zhe)一(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實到位(wei)。他時(shi)(shi)刻提醒積(ji)極分(fen)子、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象(xiang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員處理好(hao)日常(chang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)與做(zuo)好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組織工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)關(guan)系(xi)、政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)理論(lun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)與主(zhu)業課(ke)程的(de)關(guan)系(xi),使(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)涌(yong)現出如梁家茵、溫(wen)嘉慶(qing)等(deng)綜(zong)合素質突出的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員。認真貫徹(che)落實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣東省委(wei)、深圳市委(wei)和(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關(guan)于(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)各(ge)項部(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)極召集支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)全(quan)體師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)《習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平新時(shi)(shi)代中(zhong)國特色社會主(zhu)義思想(xiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)綱(gang)要》、習(xi)(xi)(xi)總書記(ji)關(guan)于(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)講(jiang)話和(he)中(zhong)央的(de)有關(guan)部(bu)(bu)署等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)活動。在新生(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)第(di)一(yi)時(shi)(shi)間開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu),利用(yong)早(zao)晚(wan)修時(shi)(shi)間,組織全(quan)體2019級新生(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看(kan)《我(wo)們走(zou)在大路上》專題(ti)(ti)片(pian),積(ji)極弘揚愛國熱情。認真對(dui)照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文件,嚴格規(gui)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)“三會一(yi)課(ke)”記(ji)錄(lu),支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)會議記(ji)錄(lu)本被當成標桿(gan)記(ji)錄(lu)本在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)進行(xing)傳閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)。宋李(li)翔努力為師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員排憂解(jie)難,積(ji)極解(jie)答新發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員在發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)過程中(zhong)的(de)疑惑和(he)困難,利用(yong)暑假主(zhu)動為畢業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員聯系(xi)組織關(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移單位(wei),耐(nai)心(xin)解(jie)答畢業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員的(de)各(ge)種問(wen)題(ti)(ti),大力協(xie)助畢業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員完成組織關(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移,深受(shou)畢業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員的(de)好(hao)評(ping)。

hong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織(zhi)策劃迎(ying)新(xin)系(xi)列推(tui)文(wen)、國慶70周年(nian)(nian)系(xi)列活(huo)動(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)說(shuo)推(tui)文(wen)等(deng)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)推(tui)文(wen),深受新(xin)生(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

宋李翔老師(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔當,身先士卒(zu),高(gao)度(du)(du)自(zi)律(lv)。每(mei)天早上提(ti)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦公(gong)室,關愛團隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建設,通(tong)過(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團隊(dui)(dui)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造出團結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實地檢查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)向(xiang)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋(kui)早晚修情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。積極通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等(deng)形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了(le)解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)(dong)(dong)態,及(ji)時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自(zi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主(zhu)題教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)來,主(zhu)持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人次,宿(su)舍(she)走訪(fang)4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培養(yang)特(te)點(dian),有針對性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)(dong)(dong)育人、文化育人理念落實到位(wei)。同時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引(yin)導教育,而是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)要(yao)求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du)(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主(zhu)任(ren)、輔導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育引(yin)導。羅馬(ma)城(cheng)不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團隊(dui)(dui)建設也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)于律(lv)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風和正(zheng)能量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極傳(chuan)遞(di)才能讓新(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設與(yu)時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直前(qian)。
