體育部(bu)現有(you)專任(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)師36人(ren)(ren)(ren),其(qi)中教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)8人(ren)(ren)(ren)、副教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)15人(ren)(ren)(ren)、講(jiang)師12人(ren)(ren)(ren);博士3人(ren)(ren)(ren)。近年來,部(bu)門積極開展(zhan)(zhan)具有(you)高職特色的體育俱樂(le)部(bu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)模式(shi)改(gai)革(ge);收(shou)到明(ming)顯成效,擁有(you)市級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)改(gai)項(xiang)(xiang)目一門,校級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)改(gai)項(xiang)(xiang)目十余項(xiang)(xiang)。部(bu)門積極響應(ying)學(xue)校新的人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養模式(shi)改(gai)革(ge)舉措(cuo),已培養了101名社會體育輔修專業學(xue)生,并(bing)面(mian)向(xiang)2012級(ji)學(xue)生繼續招收(shou)拓展(zhan)(zhan)專業學(xue)生。
體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)(bu)以國家體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)總局體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究基地(di)為平(ping)臺,基地(di)依托地(di)域文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、民俗(su)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、區域文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)等(deng)優(you)勢,逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)開展(zhan)具有特色的體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究,形成(cheng)以絲綢之路(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究;武術與(yu)民族傳統(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究;體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課程(cheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究;社區與(yu)校園體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究;地(di)域非(fei)物(wu)質文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遺(yi)產研(yan)(yan)(yan)究為主(zhu)的研(yan)(yan)(yan)究體(ti)(ti)(ti)系。同(tong)時(shi),學(xue)(xue)校實施了強(qiang)身健(jian)體(ti)(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工程(cheng),大力加強(qiang)對職業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)校體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的研(yan)(yan)(yan)究與(yu)建設(she),并(bing)學(xue)(xue)校將逐(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)發(fa)展(zhan)成(cheng)為集科研(yan)(yan)(yan)、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、服務為一體(ti)(ti)(ti)的體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究基地(di),現已取得(de)了一定的研(yan)(yan)(yan)究成(cheng)果。部(bu)(bu)門(men)還積極參加國內外的學(xue)(xue)術交流(liu)活(huo)動,并(bing)在大會上(shang)發(fa)表論(lun)文(wen)(wen)(wen),研(yan)(yan)(yan)究成(cheng)果在學(xue)(xue)界(jie)產生了一定的影響(xiang)。目前,部(bu)(bu)門(men)師資(zi)力量雄厚(hou),年齡(ling)結(jie)構、學(xue)(xue)歷(li)與(yu)職稱結(jie)構較為合理,具有從事研(yan)(yan)(yan)究的師資(zi)和設(she)施條件,并(bing)制定了三年的發(fa)展(zhan)規劃。

同(tong)時,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實施的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)強身健體教育(yu)(yu)工程(cheng),全(quan)面開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)了(le)對職業(ye)教育(yu)(yu)中學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)體育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)的研(yan)究(jiu)與建設,其中“社會體育(yu)(yu)”在學(xue)(xue)校(xiao) “三(san)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”的人(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)模式改革中,已成(cheng)為面向(xiang)全(quan)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)開設的拓展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)專業(ye)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將逐漸發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)為集科研(yan)、教學(xue)(xue)、服(fu)務為一體的體育(yu)(yu)文化(hua)研(yan)究(jiu)基地。部(bu)門(men)還積極參加國(guo)內(nei)外的學(xue)(xue)術(shu)交流活動(dong),研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果在學(xue)(xue)術(shu)界也(ye)產(chan)生(sheng)了(le)一定(ding)的影響。部(bu)門(men)師(shi)資(zi)力量雄厚,年齡(ling)結(jie)構、學(xue)(xue)歷與職稱(cheng)結(jie)構合理,具(ju)有從(cong)事研(yan)究(jiu)的師(shi)資(zi)和(he)設施條件,并制定(ding)了(le)三(san)年的發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)規劃。
